7 day policy

If you’re not satisfied with your haircut, please come back within 7 days and we will be happy to fix it free of charge.  Just let us know you’re coming 🙂

Late policy

If it our policy that if you are about 10 minutes late for your scheduled appointment time, you may have to wait, as we take the next scheduled guest before you.

This will only happen if the stylist feels that he/she cannot give you an exceptional haircut in the amount of time remaining in your appointment (usually 10 minutes).

It is our duty to honor each customer’s scheduled appointment time to the best of our abilities.

We will see your child after the next scheduled guest, or you may re-schedule your appointment.

We hope you understand that this is the fairest way to resolve this matter when it does arise.

Safety policy

We reserve the right to stop the haircut if we feel that the haircut cannot be completed safely, without harming the child or seriously injuring the stylist.

We will do everything we can to provide you with the best haircut possible, even under the most difficult circumstances.

Stylists’ shears are extremely sharp, and we want your child to be safe.

No Call No Show policy

  1. 1st No call No show: 15% charge of service(s) scheduled will be added to your account.
  2. 2nd No call No show: 50% charge of service(s) scheduled will be added to your account.
  3. 3rd No call No show: The full amount of service(s) scheduled will be added to your account.

All to be paid in full during your next visit.

*Please call within 1 hour before your appointment to avoid these charges.
